1-How to find a good coach
Most coaches are basicaly chess players. They can play fairly well but have no idea how to train a kid ! Then in smaller cities even such coaches are not available particularly in nothern parts.
Solution Internet coaching can be an answer.
2-How to take kids to academy
Even in cities like Lucknow / Kanpur there are few good academies. So a child can not reach coaching centres on his own. And it is big problem for a parent to travel to academy twise. And even if he ready for that he can not find time other than Sundays.

Fortunately chess coaching on internet is possible and being ineractive so very effective. Flip side is most coaches are in Europe and US charging $40-$70 per hour. And then there is language problem.
So being a chess coach and a programmer I decided to switch to internet coaching . Aim is to provide chess coaching to kids in remotest places at affordable rates particularly in Hindi speaking area.
